What Does Rustic Stables provide?
We are an amazing bar on wheels, From a restored old horse trailer to a beautiful classic looking bar, four 1/6th keg tap system. Once we are at your event, we will be provide you with amazing bartenders, ice cold beverages, drink garnishes, and all bar ware needed for your event.
Do we sell or provide alcohol?
Due to North Carolina licensing, we cannot provide or sell you alcohol. We serve alcohol that is supplied by the event organizer or a third party. But we can absolutely help you calculate the amount of alcohol based on hours of service and how many guests you expect, and would be more than happy to provide a detailed shopping list to help you prepare for your event. We have great contacts for local craft beer. Good news though, it saves you tons of money by buying your own alcohol.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we carry General liability and liquor liability insurance
Where are we located?
We are based near Wake Forest NC. But will travel! Love NC and all of its parts. Just let us know.
Do you have a rain policy?
No unfortunately we can't control the weather but could possibly work something out to help with a canopy or other means of serving you a nice cold beverage the day of your event.
Do you serve only alcohol?
No we can also prepare mocktails and other non alcoholic drinks. We can discuss details during consultation.
How big is the trailer and what does it need on site of the event?
Our trailer is towed by a standard pickup truck to put on site so keep that in mind what we drive on. We just need a semi level area foot print of 20'x10' and have overhead clearance to stage of 9'. We also would need a single outlet to plug into on site. IF not we can add our generator for a small additional fee. (its super quite)
